We accept credit cards, contactless payment, comps and Treasure Island gift cards.  · General admission tickets only · No upstairs or downstairs requests · The sale and use of cannabis is prohibited on Spirit of the Water.  · No refunds or rescheduling reservations  · Children under 2 years of age are not allowed · In order to guarantee that your group can be seated together, please make sure to make just one reservation for your entire party. If members of your group make separate reservations, the activity provider cannot guarantee that you will be seated together.  Ticketholders should plan to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure. At that time, shuttles will begin transporting attendees from the Event Center entrance to Treasure Island Marina. Boarding will begin 30 minutes prior to departure time.   In order to guarantee that your group can be seated together, please make sure to make just one reservation for your entire party. If members of your group make separate reservations, the activity provider cannot guarantee that you will be seated together   A minimum of 25 tickets must be sold for departure.
